We process payroll every Wednesday based on the hours recorded in your approved timesheet. Payments typically take two business days to appear in your bank account. • How Will You Get Paid? We offer direct deposit for fast and secure payments. To receive your wages directly in your bank account, please provide your Direct Deposit Form or a voided check before your first shift. If we do not have your direct deposit details on file, we will issue a physical check, which you will need to pick up at our office during business hours. • What is a Direct Deposit Form? A Direct Deposit Form is an official document from your bank that includes your account number and transit number, which allows us to deposit your wages directly into your account. • Why Do We Need It? We require a Direct Deposit Form or a voided check to ensure that your payments are sent to the correct bank account safely and without errors. • Where Can You Get a Direct Deposit Form? You can request a Direct Deposit Form from your bank. Many banks also allow you to download it from your online banking portal. Below is an example of a voided check. If you choose to submit one instead of a Direct Deposit Form, please ensure that all information is clear, accurate, and under your name.
