When Will You Get Paid?
We process payroll every Wednesday based on the hours recorded in your approved timesheet. Payments typically take two business days to appear in your bank account.
How Will You Get Paid?
We offer direct deposit for fast and secure payments. To receive your wages directly in your bank account, please provide your Direct Deposit Form or a voided check before your first shift.
If we do not have your direct deposit details on file, we will issue a physical check, which you will need to pick up at our office during business hours.
What is a Direct Deposit Form?
A Direct Deposit Form is an official document from your bank that includes your account number and transit number, which allows us to deposit your wages directly into your account.
Why Do We Need It?
We require a Direct Deposit Form or a voided check to ensure that your payments are sent to the correct bank account safely and without errors.
Where Can You Get a Direct Deposit Form?
You can request a Direct Deposit Form from your bank. Many banks also allow you to download it from your online banking portal.
Below is an example of a voided check. If you choose to submit one instead of a Direct Deposit Form, please ensure that all information is clear, accurate, and under your name.
