Talent Surplus Inc. (TSI), founded in 2019 by a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of industry experience, TSI was born from a passion to bridge the gap between exceptional talent and the right opportunities.

Since then, we’ve built a dedicated team of recruiters, payroll specialists, and staffing experts who bring their own wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience from industries including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and food production.
